My Recommendations

I made an agreement with myself several years ago to start 'listening' to my intuition...my gut.  In that process, I realized in so many areas of my life I was working way too hard.  I had a belief that 'Life is Hard.'  After much practice, and sometimes daily I am challenged again, I now choose paths which are easy.  If 'it' isn't easy, I don't do it. I am no longer going to struggle to make something work for me or my family.  The below products are those I use often and swear by. I have not been paid or asked to review any of these product.  I have incorporated them into my family's lifestyle over the past seven years.  I wanted to share it with you to give you ideas to explore. Hopefully, I will keep this list updated as new ideas/products come my way.  Blessings on your journey!

1  Change Your Mind Supersleep Program

My family and I discovered these CDs almost three years ago.  We listen to one every night.  It is so low you can't even here it, and these CDs have worked miracles in our lives.  I highly recommend you check it our or ask me more about it!

2  TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)

I was introduced to this technique almost a year ago.  I immediately began the process to become certified.  I am now able to assist people individually or in a group setting.  This is an amazing technique that empowers someone to release deep muscular patterns of stress.

3  Essential Oils

I have done so much research, and at this point, I don't care which oils you are using as long as you incorporate some type of essential oils into your life.  I highly recommend Young Living and doTERRA.  I happen to be a rep for both.  Call with any questions. Have some fun here :)

I have been using these nutritional supplements for 7 years now.  The quality is amazing.  I loved the prenatals. I love the women's daily.  I even take Holy Basil and Reishi.  Defnitely worth consideration.

5  HealthForce Superfoods

I have taken many different green drinks over the years. This is by far one of the top: Vitamineral Green.  I add it to my smoothies or to a glass of half water/half juice.

6  Garden of Life Products

I was looking for a raw protein powder without fillers that tasted good.  I found it in Garden of Life Raw Protein.  I add this to my smoothie or my half water/half juice drink with the green drink above.

7  Regular touch/massage

We are human beings that don't seem to touch each other enough.  I advocate bodywork of somekind at least once a month.  Put your healing team together BEFORE you need it!
